Istanbul çok guzel !!!!

Credo di aver trovato il mio posto nel mondo dopo aver visto,vissuto e sentito la meravigliosa città di Istanbul.
Non è facile trovare parole o aggettivi adeguati per descriverla, mi viene in mente solo...
incantevole, cosmopolita, viva.
Una città che non dorme mai, come si dice solitamente di New York...
Spero di avere la possibilità di tornarci prima o poi...


I believe I found my perfect place in the world after being, living and feeling the wonderful city of Istanbul.
It's not easy to find right word or adjectives to discribe it, I have just in mind...
charming, cosmopolitan, alive.
The city that never sleeps as we usually say about New York..
I hope I'll have the chance to go back sooner or later...

On arrival training

Scorsa settimana ho partecipato finalmente, al training cui dovrebbero prendere parte i volontari SVE appena arrivati nel Paese ospitante. Non avendo avuto la possibilità di partecipare al training pre partenza in Italia, per me questo meeting in Turchia è stato davvero utile e molto interessante. Eravamo in un bel gruppo di più di 30 ragazzi di diverse nazionalità e provenienti da diverse città della Turchia. Ho avuto l'opportunità di conoscere nuove persone, tra cui anche 4 ragazzi italiani, confrontarci sulle reciproche esperienze legate ai progetti sve. é stata un'ottima opportunità anche per avere notizie più approfondite riguardo diversi aspetti della cultura turca, dei progetti SVE e dei programmi di Youth in Action. Ho realizzato che nonostante io sia qui ormai da più di 2 mesi, molte di queste informazioni mi erano assolutamente sconosciute. Inoltre, per la prima volta ho avuto l'occasione di visitare Istanbul tramite un'escursione organizzata dai nostri trainer.
Sono rimasta letteralmente folgorata dalla bellezza della città tant'è che io e altri ragazzi abbiamo deciso di rimanere 2 giorni in più per godercela e viverla il più possibile.

Last week I took part to the on arrival training which all evs volunteers who just arrived in Turkey should participate. I didn't have the chance to join the pre departure training in Italy so this training in Turkey, in my opinion, has been really useful and interesting.  We were in a big great group of people, more than 30 guys of different nationality and from different turkish places. I've had the opportunity to meet new people, also 4 italian guys, sharing our own experiences about EVS projects. It's been a great chance to know more about turkish culture, EVS projects, and Youth in Action programmes. So, I realized that even if I'm here from more than 2 months I still didn't know many of these informations. Then, for the first time I visited Istanbul thanks to an excursion planned by our trainers and I definitely fall in love of that wonderful city! That's the reason why after training ending, me and other guys decided to stay 2 more days in Istanbul.
